FULLY RECEIVE

Blessings to you on this glorious Monday! I am wondering how we all can invite the beauty of this day to enter our hearts, minds and souls so we can fully receive all that Life is wanting to gift us. I am grateful for another day of opportunities to help me connect more with myself, the support of others, and of course with the greater Field of Life. 

I have found it quite interesting these past few weeks as my lovely partner and I keep diving in together on this path of Love. It has been said that when two souls meet and they choose to come together in love partnership, tremendous amounts of healing can/will occur. In essence, all your stuff - whether you deem it as pleasant or not - will rise to be healed. And it is up to you to decide if you will turn towards what is needing your time, compassion and attention or if you will put it on the other as their problem, their fault, or they are not fulfilling your needs. As awakening humans, we are desiring a higher type of love - one that is soulmate love and not the same old patterns that are being perpetuated out by many of those around us. It takes courage to really call yourself out on ways of being that no longer serve you, and for me, there has been many old stories that have needed to be repatterned. 

Many of you know I left a 20 year marriage over four years ago, and I set the intention 3 years ago to call in my Beloved. I had so many inner barriers I needed to break down, the primary one being "I am not Lovable." What we also know of Unity consciousness is that whatever we are willing to heal within ourselves allows others to then step more fully into their destinies as it also heals them. I was doing a tremendous of work on myself for me at the time when I set this intention, and now I do the work for me and for you and for all of us. I wouldn't have said I was a jealous person, and yet these past few weeks have been nothing but healing emotions around this feeling. I also understand it's not just my own heart I am healing. This is also for my family of origin, the generations of women who were not in their own power and therefore sourced it by outward, disempowered means. This healing is also for every human on the planet, and this is how I know I can create the change I want to see. It's on the spiritual journey of healing and love that will then affect the political and social climate. It's through heart-centered consciousness that allows the energy to shift for everyone. So in these deep moments of pain that I am experiencing, as I continue to source Light into these dark spaces, I give myself tremendous self-care and compassion and try to remember just to FEEL.

I was going through my desk this morning and found some notes I had taken on a seminar by John Gray a while back. He said that women fully move through their emotions by feeling it all the way home to love. Men fully move through their emotions by giving it space and allowing the space to become bigger than the feeling. It was a beautiful reminder to me that my purpose and what I have chosen to do is to feel the feeling all the way home into the Love. So in my commitment to this path, I choose partnership and all the incredible and astounding love and fun and joy it is providing, I choose to know I am worthy of receiving this gift for however long it is here, and I choose to not by-pass my feelings of discomfort so that I can fully heal it and embrace everything my heart wants to bring forward.

Whether you deem your life journey to affect many or a few, every time you allow yourself to feel what is rising and then engage with others in a more compassionate and empathetic way, you are creating change. It is tremendous in its value and as always, I am incredibly grateful to you for taking this on. Because every feeling that is felt and healed allows you to step more fully into the freedom and flow that I know you seek, and this is the way it happens. I invite you into the spaces of your soul today, into the Light of the Divine, into the stream of Unity consciousness where miracles abound, where Love is the answer, and where you are the one we are waiting for.
