And so I am downsized from my job while on the road. It was a shock for sure. Life is presenting opportunities, and I need to readjust and pivot. But the stress of not having a job is real! I am paying my own way on this travel adventure, and although I have minimized expenses as much as possible back home, travel is not cheap.

Where do we want to go? What should we see first?
Although we had planned to be on the East Coast first as I shared in the last blog, Florida was going to be a non-starter. So we needed to pivot and decided to stay on the West Coast. We had 4 weeks before we would head to a place we had booked in Nassau, Bahamas, so we were free to pick a spot - any spot!
